Siena, Pigeons and stairs.
so yesterday we went to Siena. we waked around went to random museums. after we ate lunch we had some left over pasta and bread so be went out side and fed it to the pigeons. There were at least 25 pigeons. The pigeons must have eaten a pound of pasta and a quarter of a loaf of bread. it was raining all that time. There was a few which were brown and white and there was 1 that was speckled. All day long we were climbing stairs in total i estimate we climbed about 200 stairs that day.

It's so delightful to read your blogs. Sharing your adventures in Italy is a real gift to everyone back in America. I'm sure that the pigeons loved you. Seriously, I bet they would follow you back to the states if they could. And yes, Italy has a ton of stairs (so my grandmother has said.) By the way, I just learned when my grandmother was in Italy she had 63 first cousins!!!! Oh my.
