The weather is unusually mild, and it has been nice. The town is large, and the traffic is limited. There are dozens of historic homes maintained by the people that run the town, and many people either rent them as employees or they stay in them as hotels. There is a small uniformed drum band that marches down the street, many people dressed in period dress, and a large number of stores selling goods that were popular in colonial times. The restaurants are also themed for colonial times. The gardens are well manicured and the place feels like a safe little colony.
