The city lost in time

I did not know that a city so populated could be so out dated! The streets are cobble stone and most of the buildings are centuries old, with statues outside and crakes in the walls. Venders, illegal and legal, line the road selling anything from masks to jewelry to seafood. It's kind of funny to look down the stone road past the crumbling houses at the fashion bill board with a model, pasty with makeup, on it. Further more, this town does not have driers, so if you look up you can spot cloths hanging on the cloths lines. And there is no street crowded enough that a taxi can't drive threw. Why is everyone in the street, you ask? Because there's no sidewalks. But I guess that's what makes Rome such a unique city. Nowhere else on earth could have the same sense of time as Italy. Even in a place so populated it's clearly lost in time.
